Milan, December 28, 2019 – Pursuant to Art. 122 of the Consolidated Finance Act and art. 129, par. 2, of the Issuers Regulation, we hereby inform you that the abstract of the “Modification of the Shareholders’ Agreement regarding ordinary shares of Salini Impregilo S.p.A.” signed on 26 December 2019, among others by Salini Costruttori S.p.A., which controls Salini Impregilo and exercises direction and coordination activities pursuant to Art. 2497 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code, CDP Equity S.p.A. and Salini Impregilo (the “Shareholders’ Agreement”), as a partial modification and integration of the agreements signed by the aforementioned subjects on 2nd August 2019, as amended and integrated on 4th November 2019, is available in the Company’s website section “Governance” - “Other documents” (www.webuildgroup.com), and is stored on the “1INFO” system at www.1info.it.

The abstract has also been published today on “Il Sole 24 Ore” newspaper.
